Mr. Said Khosrowshahi – President & CEO
Mr. Khosrowshahi is an entrepreneur and the founder of Trident, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in software development, information technology, telecommunications and wireless network design and implementation. He has been the founder of several successful Internet eCommerce and Media and content streaming companies. Additionally, Mr. Khosrowshahi has extensive experience in the wireless telecommunications field and has designed and launched Trident’s microwave wireless network in the Metro Washington, DC area, for voice and data communications. He is experienced in all aspects of building large networking and connectivity, messaging for voice, data, and SMS infrastructures.
Mr. Khosrowshahi is a software architect who has designed and developed several commercial application packages during his career. The most recent application he has designed and developed with his team, is for employee workforce management and is called ExtendTimeTM. This software is being offered as a licensed or hosted solution in various market segments such as education, manufacturing, financial and healthcare.
Mr. Khosrowshahi has also been responsible for launching Trident’s Government practice to obtain multiple contracts with agencies such as NASA valued over $110 million to support Engineering, Scientific Research and Project Management services. Currently, he is responsible for growing Trident’s Government practice with focus on Technology services. He has successfully created multiple Joint Ventures in the government space with large companies in Aerospace and Defense to accomplish Trident’s revenue targets.
Mr. Khosrowshahi has an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and Bachelors and Masters degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Mr. Kami Rahbani – Executive Vice President
Mr. Rahbani has been an experienced Management Consultant with over 33 years of international consulting experience managing large public and private sector projects. He specializes in managing multi-year projects for bi-lateral and multi-lateral donor institutions, covering Institutional Development, Capacity Building including Change, and Processes Restructuring, Financial Management and Information Systems Implementation. Until 1999, Mr. Rahbani was a Managing Partner with Pricewater houseCoopers (PwC), where he was a leading member of their International Development Practice Unit in Washington, DC. During his career with PWC which lasted over 21 years, he developed and managed a number of consulting practices including PwC's Russian Management Consulting Practice, and was the founding partner of PwC’s Ukraine Practice office, which he built to offer Audit, Consulting, Tax, and Legal services. During his career, Mr. Rahbani has led numerous major projects in many countries to provide financial management information system implementations and institutional development solutions to his clients. Most recently, Mr. Rahbani served as the BearingPoint’s Executive Director leading and directing the $218+ million USAID funded capacity building project of Afghanistan. Mr. Rahbani has superior knowledge of issues relating to development, participation, indigenous populations, and various cultural heritages, with extensive work experience in more than 40 countries across 6 continents.
